The two-part session comprises a select group of HR decision makers from industry. Participants can choose to attend just the first or both sessions.

9:00am: A respected key note speaker, Les Hayman, will discuss ‘Talent Management’ with the audience in the context of the wider issues facing organisations today after which breakfast will be served.

10:15am: After breakfast, there will be an in-depth discussion and presentation on SAP Talent Management Solutions by one of ROC’s Solution Architects with over a decade of experience implementing SAP Human Capital Management. E Recruitment, Performance Management, E Learning and Succession Planning will all be discussed as well as how to ensure such technology is successfully deployed.

Les Hayman was a board member of SAP AG where he was responsible for their global HR strategy. He now speaks at events around the world on behalf of SAP and other organisations. Les also sits on Technology Advisory Boards for a number of countries including South Africa and Malaysia. He will be bringing his vast experience and knowledge to the table for this Breakfast Session.
